- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cups zucchini noodles (zoodles)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes

- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3–4 minutes.
- Toss in the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 3–4 minutes, until tender.
- Finish with lemon juice and Parmesan.
