COPD Lifestyle Founder Portrait

Who is COPD Lifestyle?

I’m Allan, and I created this space out of my own experience after being diagnosed with COPD 12 years ago . It began as a simple Facebook page where I collected the nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle information that were helping me to manage my COPD symptoms.

As a long-time student of martial arts, I found myself uncovering unexpected insights, almost as if I was uniquely equipped to live with this condition. Over time, those insights became a foundation for something larger: a resource built on real experience and the hope of improving the long term quality of life for myself and others.

You can learn more about me and this project here.
