Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients:

• 1 cup rolled oats

• 2 cups water or unsweetened almond milk

• 1 tbsp chia seeds

• 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

• 1 small banana, sliced

• 1 tbsp almond butter

• A handful of blueberries

• A sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, bring water (or almond milk) to a boil.

2. Add the oats and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir in the chia seeds, flaxseed, and cinnamon.

4. Top with banana slices, blueberries, and almond butter.

5. Serve warm and enjoy!
