Chicken and Vegetable Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-grain wrap
  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp hummus

 

Instructions:

  1. Lay the whole-grain wrap on a flat surface.
  2. Spread the hummus evenly over the wrap.
  3. Layer the chicken, greens, cucumber, and carrots on top.
  4. Roll the wrap tightly and slice in half to serve.
