Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

• 1/2 cup frozen berries

• 1/2 banana

• 1 tbsp chia seeds

• 1/2 tsp turmeric

• A dash of black pepper

• A drizzle of honey

Instructions:

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
